Terms of service
Last updated 25 October 2026 · Socialites is a service of ARVIS, South Africa · hello@arvis.co.za
The service
Socialites helps you plan, create, publish and measure marketing content and sell from a Link in Bio page. With the Real clips add-on, it also turns the clips and photos you send into finished posts, carousels and vlogs and sends them to you for approval. AI-generated content is a draft: you review and approve everything before it is published, and you are responsible for what you publish.
Plans and payment
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance by card through Paystack, starting after any free trial. You can cancel at any time; your plan stays active until the end of the paid month. We may change prices with 30 days’ notice.
Selling on your page
Sales are processed by Paystack and paid to your bank account. Paystack’s fees apply, plus the Socialites commission shown for your plan. You are responsible for your products, delivery, refunds and any taxes.
Your footage, your content
You own the clips, photos and voice notes you send us, and you own the finished posts, carousels and vlogs we make from them. You give Socialites a licence to store, process, edit and publish that material to your linked accounts in order to provide the service, and to keep it for as long as your account is open (or until you ask us to delete it). We do not use your footage in our own marketing without your written permission.
You are responsible for having the rights to everything you send, and for the consent of anyone who appears in your footage, including customers and staff. Ask before you film people, and do not send footage of children without a parent’s permission. Music in the finished files comes only from licensed, royalty-free libraries.
Nothing is published without your approval. You must follow each social network’s rules for what you post.
Acceptable use
No unlawful, misleading, hateful or infringing content, no spam, and no attempts to break or overload the service.
Limits
Socialites is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for the actions of social networks or payment providers.
